Account Executive (Remote)
PRAXIS Technology Escrow, a leading provider of technology escrow services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. This is a contract role, offering flexibility in both location and hours, making it ideal for individuals looking to set their own schedules while delivering results. Pay is hourly, and there are additional commissions and incentives for exceptional performance.
As an Account Executive, you will drive new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of PRAXIS. This position is open to candidates anywhere in the world, providing the freedom to work from wherever you are most productive. There are no required meetings or travel and all sales are handled over telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients. Utilize a variety of sales techniques to grow our customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Serve as the primary contact for account inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Consultative Sales Approach: Communicate the value of technology escrow services and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs through a consultative approach.
Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline, track leads, update CRM systems, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics to optimize strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of agreements and provide ongoing client support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar direct sales role, preferably in the technology or software industry. Experience with technology escrow services is a plus.
– Sales Skills: Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and consultative sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
– Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy. Experience managing a remote sales territory is preferred.
– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology and software sectors, particularly in understanding the role of technology escrow in mitigating business risks.
– Strong written and spoken English language skills are required.
Must have reliable telephone and internet service and provide all telephone and computer equipment.
