A Decade of Specialist Escrow Experience
Namir brings more than ten years of focused experience in software escrow and verification. He has held senior commercial roles with two of the industry’s largest escrow providers, including leading an EMEIA escrow and verification business that delivered 52% year-over-year growth.
His path to technology escrow began at Nottingham Business School, where his studies included a placement with IBM. He started his career in client-facing roles at HSBC Private Bank, then developed deep expertise in data protection and regulatory compliance. That foundation gives him a clear understanding of the governance, risk, and compliance pressures our clients face every day.
Today, Namir works alongside CIOs, legal counsel, procurement teams, and software vendors to structure escrow, SaaS resilience, and IP protection arrangements. His focus is simple: keeping business-critical applications secure, current, and recoverable.
