Quality Assurance

Deposit Material Evaluation (DME)

Once the escrow is complete and legal protection is in place DME (an optional service) will provide a detailed visual inspection of each escrow deposit and subsequent update to confirm:

A. Media is accessible
B. Passwords are included and functional
C. Visually confirm the presence of materials
D. Inventory the materials received
E. Provide a summary report

While these steps do not guarantee functionality, they do often find obvious shortfalls in escrow deposits.

Technical Verification

The next step on the continuum of protection is a Technical Verification to ensure that the Deposit Materials as provided by the Depositor can be utilized to compile the source code into the application and test the executables. This is a short term technology project to prove the functionality of your escrow deposit. PRAXIS offers a complete range of testing options for both on premise and SaaS applications.
