Deciding which of these to use is largely dependent upon your preference, whether tyou have a “personal” or“organization” GitHub account type, and the way you organize their repositories.

Collaborator access is best used when there are only a few repositories to deposit and the organization of those repositories is expected not to change. Personal account types are limited to this method.

Team sync is the correct choice when there are many repositories or when you expect repos to be added/removed regularly.
